Chili Tofu/Paneer (video included)

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Tofu or Paneer diced into squares
- 3 tbsp GoldMedal flour (M) (M is for marinate)
- 1 tspn black pepper (M)
- 5 tspns soy sauce (M)
- 5 tspns chili-garlic sauce (M)
- 1 tspn salt (M)
- 1/2 tspn red chili powder (M) optional
- 2+2 tbspns olive oil
- 3 cups multicolored bell peppers, red onions, sugar-peas chopped
- 1/2 tspn grated garlic
- 1/2 tspn grated ginger
- 1/2 tspn grated green chillies optional
Instructions
- Marinate the above 6 items marked (M) for about 2-3 hours
- Pan fry the marinade in about 2 tbspns of olive oil
- Pan fry the last 3 items in the remaining 2 tbspns of olive oil
- Add the multicolored bell peppers, onions & sugar-peas. Do not overcook. They should stay crunchy.
- Mix everything together. Enjoy!
