Instructions
Marinate the above 6 items marked (M) for about 2-3 hours
Pan fry the marinade in about 2 tbspns of olive oil
Pan fry the last 3 items in the remaining 2 tbspns of olive oil
Add the multicolored bell peppers, onions & sugar-peas. Do not overcook. They should stay crunchy.
Mix everything together. Enjoy!
